Our peptides are lyophilized (freeze dried) for shelf stability during shipping and handling, to ensure they arrive to you with maximally potent. They require bacteriostatic water for research use. Please view our FAQs on reconstitution for resources on mixing.

We are happy to accept returns of unopened vials within a month of purchase. To initiate a return request or refund request, log in to your account using the same email address used at checkout. Navigate to the My Account page, select the Orders tab, and click Return Request next to the relevant order. Complete the return request form, and our team will respond within 1–2 business days. We will issue a full refund when we receive the return package and can restock the inventory.
